Aaron Fry - Kansas City

After years of working in Kansas City’s top restaurants as a server, bartender, sommelier and eventually manager, Aaron transitioned into the distribution side of the industry.

He was selected as Rudd Scholar in 2020, and sat the Master Sommelier Exam for the first time in 2021.

Aaron has been working at a state wide managerial level since 2018

Nick Luedde - St. Louis

Nick Luedde is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and is a veteran Restauranteur, Sommelier, Beverage Director, General Manager and Director of Operations of award winning restaurants and bars throughout Chicago, St. Louis and New York City for over 20 years.

In St. Louis Nick was the owner/operator and founding partner of the critically acclaimed James Beard nominated restaurant The Libertine in Clayton, Missouri. Today, Nick is happily married to his wife Audra with whom he shares two energetic sons Luke & Miles and is an enthusiastic Wine & Spirits Sales Representative with Bonded Beverage  

Elizabeth (Liz) Cieply - Springfield & Branson

Liz fell in love with food & beverage while leading operations for premier hospitality properties in the Branson area. Her interest in wine culture led her to pursue both Wine Spirit Education Trust and the Court of Master Sommeliers certifications. In 2023 she received the highest score for Certified Sommelier at her exam class.

You can find Liz in the Springfield & Branson area geek-ing out about wine and sharing her latest flashcards in preparation to complete her Advanced Sommelier Theory this Spring.      

Tyler Bryant - St. Louis

Tyler joins Bonded Beverage after more than a decade in and around restaurants. Following years working in the back and front of house, Tyler worked for three years as a brewer, learning the market from a producer's perspective before moving back behind the bar with Take Root Hospitality's Vicia and Taqueria Morita where his love for wine and agave spirits grew. Now, he is thrilled to share his passion for excellent and interesting spirits through Bonded Beverage.
